Job summary

Instrumentl is hiring a Staff Product Designer to own GrantOS, the foundational platform layer that underpins all other product areas. You will report to the Head of Design and shape end-to-end design across Platform and Core, driving zero-to-one work and setting standards for the design org.

You will partner closely with PMs and engineers to translate ambiguous needs into clear direction, influence product vision, and raise the design bar across the system.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product design experience at senior or staff level.
• B2B SaaS background, especially in complex or enterprise-adjacent systems.
• Proven track record owning complex B2B product areas end-to-end, including multi-entity workflows.
• 0-to-1 product ownership: started from a problem, not a spec, with good decisions under uncertainty.
• Experience with agentic or AI-powered product surfaces and AI tools in design practice.
• Strong systems thinking and prototyping craft, with influence on product vision.

Responsibilities

• Lead design across GrantOS Platform from discovery to shipping and iteration.
• Define platform interaction patterns and contribute to the design system foundations.
• Partner with PM and engineering to align on direction and ensure system-wide consistency.
