Instrumentl is seeking a Staff Product Designer to own GrantOS, the foundational platform layer on which all product areas sit. Reporting to the Head of Design, you will steer end-to-end design across Platform and Core, shaping data relationships and the overall user experience for grant professionals.

You will define interaction patterns, advance the design system, and drive zero-to-one work in greenfield spaces.

Formación

• 8+ years of product design experience at senior or staff level.
• B2B SaaS background in complex/enterprise systems.
• Proven end-to-end ownership of multi-entity workflows with data relationships.
• 0-to-1 ownership: define problems and make calls under uncertainty.
• Experience with AI-powered product surfaces in design practice.
• Strong systems thinking, prototyping in Figma, and influence on product vision.

Responsabilidades

• Own GrantOS end-to-end across Platform and Core.
• Define interaction patterns and design system foundations for the product.
• Collaborate with PMs, Eng, and GTM to align on strategy.
• Lead research and translate user needs into direction for the product.
