Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience with close-to-user work.
• Proven ability to set goals with leading/lagging indicators.
• Experience turning customer insights into strategy and roadmap.
• Ability to ship in thin slices and align multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Stay close to grant professionals' workflows through calls and research.
• Turn insights into a prioritization framework for GrantOS.
• Advocate for customer perspective in platform trade-offs.
