Job summary

the company is seeking a talented Staff Product Designer to shape its expansive identity and security portfolio with exceptional craft and fresh perspective. You will own long-term strategy, mentor designers, and collaborate with PM and Eng across a multi-product landscape.

In person orientation is required in San Francisco or Chicago and you will work on-site two days a week. Base salary ranges provided for CA, CO, IL, NY and WA with equity, bonus, and comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience as a Product Designer or UX Designer.
Proficient with Figma or similar design tools.
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
A digital portfolio showing depth across projects and real shipping work.

Responsibilities

Own long-term design strategy across multiple releases for the product area.
Partner with design leadership to define patterns and raise quality.
Lead through influence with PM, Eng, Research, and Content.
Design end-to-end journeys for IT, security admins, compliance owners, and end users.
Apply systems thinking to connect user insights to business goals.
Facilitate co-creation workshops with PM and Eng to frame opportunities.
Mentor senior designers and support their growth.
Present ideas to leadership to drive alignment and decisions.
Advocate thoughtful use of AI in research, ideation, and prototyping.
