Checkr is seeking a Staff Product Designer to join the Growth team in Denver, CO, driving design work from acquisition to conversion and happy customers. You will own funnel optimization, guided flows, and personalized experiences leveraging AI, with a bias for action and ownership.

You will collaborate across interdisciplinary teams, conduct UX research, and advocate for users while balancing craft, business needs, and rapid experimentation in a product-led environment.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of professional design experience, including 4 years on Growth teams or in ecommerce/merchandising.
• Experience with onboarding & merchandising surfaces and iterative experimentation (A/B testing).
• Ability to conduct UX research independently and apply insights.
• Strong focus on balancing craft, critical thinking, and business needs.
• Excellent collaboration with cross-functional teams and clear communication.

Responsabilidades

• Embed with Growth team; help define the roadmap, vision, and lead design work.
• Own the design work for funnel optimization, NUX, and personalization for guided flows.
• Leverage AI to create personalized customer experiences.
• Design growth systems, experiments, and new product features, translating insights into testable ideas.
• Champion designs for SMB users with a seamless experience.
• Facilitate workshops to develop winning ideas.
• Distill complex information into simple, beautiful user experiences, from brainstorming to delivery.
• Build strong relationships with interdisciplinary teams to conceptualize, build, and ship user-friendly products.
• Participate in UX research and advocate for users.
• Share ideas and manage stakeholder feedback, challenging assumptions, and bringing best practices to the team.
