Job summary

Deel is an all-in-one payroll and HR platform for global teams, serving about 7,000 people across 150+ countries.

We are looking for a Senior/Staff Product Designer to lead growth initiatives, drive experiments, and collaborate with product, engineering and marketing to ship impactful experiences. This fully remote role emphasizes async work and strong cross-functional partnerships.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in product design, including 2+ at Staff level.
• Growth design experience (onboarding, pricing, subscriptions).
• Strong portfolio with at least one case study.
• Experience with experiments and A/B testing.
• Familiarity with Amplitude or Mixpanel; uses AI tools in design.

• Experience with experiments, hypotheses and A/B testing
• Familiarity with tools like Amplitude or Mixpanel
• Uses AI tools as a first step in design work
• Clear communication across functions
