Job summary

Deel is seeking a Staff-level Product Designer to own design for the Home experience and a platform-wide initiative. You will set product direction and move between Core areas as priorities evolve, partnering with PM and Engineering leads on roadmap decisions to keep the experience coherent.

You will mentor Senior Designers, help with hiring, and ship rapidly while iterating based on feedback. A portfolio with at least one case study and strong UX/UI expertise are required.

Qualifications

• Staff-level design experience across broad, ambiguous areas.
• At least 10 years leading end-to-end design for web and/or mobile.
• Strong UX and UI expertise, with design systems experience.
• Cross-functional alignment and stakeholder management.
• Full-cycle design ownership including design QA.
• Portfolio with at least one case study.
• Uses AI tools as a first step in design work.
