Job summary

Checkr, Inc. is seeking a Staff Product Designer to join our Growth team in Denver to own design for onboarding, funnel optimization, and personalization.

You will apply a product-led approach and leverage AI to tailor experiences for SMB users, delivering a seamless and delightful user journey. You will collaborate cross-functionally to define roadmaps, run experiments, and translate insights into testable designs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional design experience, including growth/ecommerce
• Experience shaping onboarding and merchandising experiences
• Proven ability to run iterative experiments including A/B tests
• Ability to conduct UX research and synthesize insights independently
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Embed with Growth to define roadmap and lead design work
• Own funnel optimization, NUX, and personalization efforts
• Leverage AI to create personalized customer experiences
• Design growth systems, experiments, and new features from insights
• Champion seamless, delightful experiences for SMB users
• Lead workshops and distill complex info into simple UX
