As a Staff Product Designer, you will shape a consumer-grade, craft-forward experience for a complex B2B workflow, focusing on conversational AI, agentic automation, and structured tools.

The role requires comfort with ambiguity, deep collaboration, and a strong point of view on design.

Qualifications

• 7+ years delivering enterprise/B2B design for complex workflows.
• Strong communicator to articulate design decisions.
• Deep visual and interaction design expertise with measurable impact.
• Experience with AI tools in design processes while maintaining product thinking.
• Collaborative and growth-minded.

Responsibilities

• Define problems, goals, and product strategy with cross-functional teams.
• Own end-to-end design from concept to post-launch iteration, including flows and high-fidelity mocks.
• Translate complex problems into simple, consumer-grade solutions.
• Design core interactions for AI and agents, including chat and composer.
• Iterate quickly with wireframes and prototypes to gather feedback.
• Maintain craft with strong visual and interaction design.
• Collaborate with designers across the employer experience to ensure coherence.
