Job summary

Omnigent seeks an IC design lead to shape how humans and fleets of agents work together across desktop and mobile. You will own the design direction, collaborate with engineering and product, and translate the frontier of what agents can do into clear, controllable experiences.

You will prototype large, ambiguous problems, ship small changes directly in the codebase, and define durable UX principles that other teams reuse across Omnigent surfaces.

Qualifications

• A builder-designer who works fluently with AI tools.
• A portfolio of strong end-to-end craft – interaction design, visual/UI.

Responsibilities

• Own the desktop and mobile experience for live agent sessions end to end, shaping strategy, interaction models, visual polish, and shipped details.
• Design directly in the codebase with engineers to ship meaningful improvements.
• Use prototypes as a primary thinking tool to explore large, ambiguous problems.
• Invent the interaction language for agentic work: real-time multi-agent sessions, watch/co-drive/fork flows, human-in-the-loop approvals, status and transparency, error and recovery states, and trust.
• Define durable UX principles and interaction frameworks for agent collaboration, approvals, observability, and recovery used across Omnigent surfaces.
• Drive cross-platform consistency with a scalable design system spanning desktop and mobile.
• Ground decisions in evidence via user research and real usage to guide what to build next.
