Job summary

Dexcom Corporation, a leader in CGM technology, is seeking a Staff Process Engineer in its San Diego Product Innovation Center. You will lead cross-functional teams to transfer products into manufacturing and drive process improvements for scale and quality.

The role requires strong design controls experience, analytics proficiency (JMP/Minitab), and collaboration across functions to support successful NPI and production readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline with 8–12 years of related experience, or equivalent advanced degree.
• Experience with design controls and new product introductions across manufacturing.
• Experience in high-volume manufacturing within regulated industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to identify and implement new products or design changes into manufacturing.
• Apply statistical methods to identify process variables, investigate issues, and optimize processes for quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Ops, Pilot, Manufacturing, QA, Supply Chain to support NPI transfer and production scale-up.
• Plan, manage, and report progress to stakeholders and management.
