At Genesis Therapeutics, we are pushing the boundaries of machine learning and drug discovery to unlock new treatments for complex diseases. We are looking for an experienced Staff / Principal Technical Recruiter who will build our world-class team of researchers and engineers.

You Will

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles, including understanding hiring needs, sourcing candidates, supporting the selection process, and driving an effective offer strategy.
• Build and maintain meaningful relationships with hiring managers and cross-functional stakeholders to understand priorities and team dynamics. Innovate our recruiting strategy for talent pooling, market mapping, and competitor analysis.
• Proactively lead initiatives that improve and scale our recruiting operations and results.
• Regularly manage pipeline activity and maintain data integrity in our applicant tracking system.

You Are

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Proven experience recruiting for a fast-growing startup or tech company.
• Familiar with AI-driven technologies.
• Data-driven and digitally savvy, with a deep understanding of recruitment metrics.
• Emotional intelligence to close candidates with the right balance of consideration, transparency, and drive.
• An interest in establishing equitable recruiting processes and a desire to go the extra mile to recruit non-traditional candidates.
