You Will

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles, including understanding hiring needs, sourcing candidates, supporting the selection process, and drive an effective offer strategy.
• Build and maintain meaningful relationships with hiring managers and cross functional stakeholders to understand priorities and team dynamics. Innovate our recruiting strategy for talent pooling, market mapping, and competitor analysis.
• Proactively lead initiatives that improve and scale our recruiting operations and results.
• Regularly manage pipeline activity and maintain data integrity in our applicant tracking system
  
  
  
  

You Are

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
• Proven experience recruiting for a fast growing startup or tech company
• Familiar with AI-driven technologies
• Data-driven and digitally savvy, with a deep understanding of recruitment metrics
