What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for provider roles, including sourcing, screening, and negotiating compensation packages
- Ensure an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the hiring process
- Collaborate with the hiring team on onboarding processes as needed
- Partner with the Sourcing team to develop strategies for attracting top talent
- Advise leadership on compensation and market trends related to clinical talent acquisition
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience recruiting Advanced Practice Clinicians, Physicians, or Clinical Leadership
- Knowledge of employment law relevant to hiring practices
- Advanced talent sourcing experience, including internet mining and networking
- Intermediate experience with CRM software and applicant tracking systems
- Ability to work remotely in the designated markets
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience in a business role, ideally within healthcare or talent acquisition
- Experience collaborating with Advanced Practice Clinicians, Physicians, RNs, and Clinical Leadership in healthcare settings
- Familiarity with clinician compensation plans
