Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking a Staff Product Marketing Manager to own the onboarding for QuickBooks Advanced customers.

You will partner with Product, Product Growth, Sales and Customer Success to shape onboarding flows, education, and setup experiences, using data to continually improve activation and value realization. The role focuses on defining the end-to-end onboarding journey, aligning messaging with sales and lifecycle teams, and measuring onboarding health to guide prioritization and testing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• 8+ years in product marketing, product management, or related lifecycle roles.
• Demonstrated ability to translate customer data into onboarding improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding strategy for QuickBooks Advanced customers from signup to first value.
• Ground activation in data to identify friction points and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with Product, Product Growth, Sales, and Customer Success on onboarding flows.
• Define onboarding narrative and value prop for Sales and Lifecycle teams.
• Measure onboarding health and report key metrics to leadership.
• Lead experiments; treat onboarding as a set of testable hypotheses.
