Qualifications

• BA/BS is required and MBA is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to use customer and usage data to drive improvements.
• Experience partnering with Product, Sales and Customer Success to ship improvements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for customer-facing messaging.
• Able to work effectively in ambiguity and iterate quickly.
• Proficient with AI tools and incorporating them into workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the onboarding journey for new Advanced customers from signup to first value.
• Mine customer/usage data to identify friction and inform product decisions.
• Collaborate with Product, Product Growth, Sales and Customer Success on flows and education.
• Define the onboarding narrative and value proposition for Sales and Lifecycle teams.
• Measure onboarding health with key metrics and prioritize improvements.
• Lead experimentation, testing hypotheses to guide scalable bets.
