You will own the end-to-end onboarding journey for new Advanced customers, collaborating with Product, Product Growth, Sales and Customer Success to accelerate first value.

The role emphasizes data-driven insights to identify friction points, test hypotheses, and scale proven approaches, while shaping messaging, assets, and playbooks for onboarding.

Qualifikationen

• BA/BS required, MBA preferred.
• 8+ years in product marketing or related lifecycle role.
• Ability to translate customer data into improvements.
• Experience partnering with Product, Sales and Customer Success.
• Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable with ambiguity.
• Fluent with AI tools in workflow.

• Own the onboarding strategy for QuickBooks Advanced customers.
