Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking a Staff Product Marketing Manager to own the onboarding experience for QuickBooks Advanced customers. The role sits in the Global Business Solutions Group and partners with Product, Product Growth, Sales, and Customer Success to define and optimize onboarding from signup to first value.

The ideal candidate will be data-driven, customer-obsessed, and comfortable working across teams to deliver a fast, effective onboarding journey that improves retention and lifetime value.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product marketing, product management, or related customer-lifecycle role.
• Ability to translate customer and usage data into concrete onboarding improvements.
• Experience partnering cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to ship improvements.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to write clear, customer-facing messaging and align stakeholders.
• Comfort working in ambiguity with a bias toward testing and iterating.
• Fluent in a range of AI tools with demonstrable integration into workflow.

Responsibilities

• Own the onboarding strategy for QuickBooks Advanced customers from signup through first value.
• Ground activation strategy in data to identify where customers stall and how to improve.
• Partner with Product and Product Growth to shape onboarding flows, in-product education, personalization, and setup experiences.
• Define the onboarding narrative and value proposition for Sales, Customer Success, and Lifecycle Marketing.
• Measure and report onboarding health with key metrics to guide priorities.
• Lead with experimentation, using tests to validate bets and scale successful approaches.
