Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product marketing, product strategy, partner/ecosystem strategy, or GTM leadership.
• Strong understanding of the accounting ecosystem, ideally CAS, accounting tech, or advisor models.
• Experience developing segmentation, positioning, value propositions, and scalable partner motions.
• Track record turning ambiguous opportunities into clear growth strategies.
• Strong customer curiosity, analytical rigor, and understanding of partner economics.
• Exceptional storytelling, executive communication, and cross-functional influence.
• Experience with Construction tech, vertical SaaS, ERP, or mid-market financial solutions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define the Accountant & Partner Strategy for Construction and own the PMM strategy for CAS firms and selling partners.
• Build differentiated value propositions and scalable selling motions for accountants and partners.
• Lead GTM enablement, pitch models, ROI tools, and client-facing content for partner success.
• Act as the Voice of the Market to inform product and GTM decisions and drive growth.
