Job summary

Intuit, a leading financial software company, seeks a Principal PM for IAS to own the strategy for mid-market engagements with large accounting firms. You will shape ICP, competitive positioning, and the roadmap for deploying IES at scale across multi‑entity clients and firm channels.

You will design codified methodologies, drive firm-wide migrations, and partner with Sales and GTM to ensure durable channel adoption, while aligning with executive leadership on strategic outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management at the intersection of mid-market financial software and accounting firm channels
• Strategic fluency in ICP definition and competitive positioning for mid-market ERP incumbents
• Deep knowledge of multi-entity structures, consolidated reporting, and dimensional accounting
• Understanding how accounting firms staff, manage, and grow mid-market engagements
• Shipped LLM/agent-powered products with clear objectives, confidence thresholds, and escalation logic
• Experience building for accounting firm intermediaries and driving ecosystem integrations

Responsibilities

• Define Intuit's end-to-end strategy for mid-market accounting firms adopting IES
• Capture and codify partner-specific, tribal knowledge into reusable assets
• Design deployment layers to apply methodology across all client books
• Ship agentic capabilities for multi-client, multi-entity complexity at scale
• Lead discovery with partners and senior staff to identify leverage points
• Own migration strategy moving entire client books onto IES without data loss
• Define firm-level success metrics and drive roadmap
• Collaborate with Sales, GTM and partnerships to drive channel adoption
• Represent IAS in planning cycles and executive reviews
