Job summary

Horizon3 is seeking a dynamic Product Manager to own NodeZero's compliance and reporting capabilities, turning attack findings into audit-ready evidence for SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, NIST CSF/800-53, and FedRAMP/CMMC obligations. You will partner with Engineering, GTM, and Executives to map frameworks and deliver a scalable reporting surface.

Based in the San Francisco Bay Area or New York City, the role reports to the Sr.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technology-related field.
• 5+ years of startup PM experience with technical B2B products.
• 3+ years working with compliance/GRC frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, NIST, FedRAMP) — as a PM, auditor, or compliance-facing engineer/consultant.
• Experience building reporting or evidence-generation products for security, audit, or regulated industries.
• Analytical skills with data tools (Excel, SQL, BI, Python).
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executives.

Responsibilities

• Own the compliance-mapping and reporting roadmap across NodeZero.
• Design end-to-end engagement reports and audit-ready evidence packages.
• Partner with Legal/Compliance to keep framework mappings current.
• Collaborate with GTM to position compliance capabilities in deals and renewals.
• Drive adoption, renewal, and expansion through reporting insights.
