Job summary

Headway is building a pricing-driven growth engine in healthcare. You will design and ship pricing experiments that move revenue, unbundle or bundle features, and shape the pricing philosophy to stay competitive and sustainable.

As the first dedicated PM for pricing, you will partner with data science, product, and finance to create data-driven pricing across geographies, aligning incentives for providers, patients, and payers while navigating regulatory considerations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of PM experience with at least 2–3 years owning pricing or monetization.
• Experience shipping pricing changes that moved revenue.
• Strong quantitative fluency and collaboration with data scientists.

Responsibilities

• Own pricing experimentation end-to-end: design, run, and analyze pricing experiments with controls and measurement.
• Price and package existing features to create new revenue streams while balancing provider experience.
• Define Headway's pricing philosophy: principled, defendable, and transparent to providers.
