General Motors is seeking a Staff Product Manager for ML training workflow in Sunnyvale, CA. You will own the roadmap for AI/ML training platforms, collaborating with ML engineers, data scientists, and infrastructure teams to deliver scalable, reliable workflows that speed model development.

You’ll translate complex requirements into actionable product plans, define success metrics, and drive cross-functional programs with a data-driven mindset.

Qualificações

• 8+ years delivering product management for complex software platforms.
• Experience building AI/ML, data science, or developer tools.
• Define vision, metrics, and requirements from concept to delivery.
• Understand ML lifecycle: data pipelines, training, evaluation, deployment.
• Ability to partner with senior stakeholders without direct authority.

Responsabilidades

• Own roadmap and execution for AI/ML training workflow capabilities.
• Capture pain points from ML engineers and data scientists to shape requirements.
• Define KPIs for productivity, throughput, and cost efficiency.
• Balance speed, quality, cost, and reliability in tradeoffs.
