Job summary

Kard Financial, Inc. is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to build and deploy machine learning systems powering our card-linked offers platform. You will influence how users discover offers, measure ROI for partners, and iterate across personalization, ranking, and causal measurement.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, and Sales to turn transaction data into production-grade models and insights, delivering end-to-end projects and scalable pipelines in a remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of data science experience with production ML.
• Experience with recommendation, ranking, or personalization models.
• Strong grounding in statistics and experimentation.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL; able to handle large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship ML models for offer personalization and ranking.
• Develop feature pipelines over large transaction datasets.
• Design and analyze A/B tests and incrementality studies.
• Apply causal inference to quantify ROI and user impact.
• Collaborate with ML/Data Engineers to productionize models.
• Improve ranking and engagement across platforms.
• Contribute to attribution and measurement systems.
• Translate modeling outputs into actionable insights.
• Own projects end‑to‑end from framing to evaluation.
• Help define best practices for experimentation and data quality.
