Job summary

Mobi.AI in the United States is seeking a Staff Product Manager to drive the design, development, and growth of the AI Discoverability product. You will collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver technically advanced AI-powered solutions that meet user needs and business goals.

The role requires 8+ years in technical product management, strong engineering fluency, and the ability to craft a clear product vision and strategic roadmap while translating customer insights

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in Technical Product Manager or similar role.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent; Master’s preferred.
Strong engineering fluency and ability to build demos independently.

Responsibilities

Define product vision and strategy for AI Discoverability.
Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Develop detailed product requirements and roadmaps.
Build trust-based relationships with customers and translate insights into features.
Lead cross-functional teams and communicate effectively across management levels.
