Job summary

Lucid Motors is seeking a Staff Product Manager to own a sub-set of the Platform, driving vision, development, and convergence of part of our stack. You will be the product voice to VP-level stakeholders when cross-functional process changes are needed.

The taxonomy spans physical product and software, and you will help set how the team works, including discovery, definitions, and governance. The role is based in Phoenix, AZ and requires onsite presence five days a week.

Qualifications

• Substantial product management experience with end-to-end ownership.
• Demonstrated ownership of a system of record and data correctness.
• Executive communication and influence at VP level.
• Ability to drive organizational change and retire entrenched processes.
• Experience owning a roadmap with hard external deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for a major platform capability.
• Lead cross-functional and executive stakeholder relationships across PMO, Eng, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing.
• Define discovery standards, scope, and decision records for portfolio priorities.
• Deliver launches with phased rollout, readiness criteria, and fallback plans.
