Job summary

Lucid Motors is seeking a Staff Product Manager to own a sub-set of the Platform. You will shape the vision, development, and convergence of part of our stack, and serve as the product voice to VP-level stakeholders when a cross-functional process needs change.

The role is based in Phoenix, AZ, onsite five days a week. You will define the team’s discovery standard, definition-of-done, and mentor less senior colleagues while driving strategic platform outcomes across programs.

Qualifications

• Proven product management experience at senior/lead level.
• Ownership of an enterprise platform or business-systems product.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management.
• Data literacy and ability to interpret data for decisions.
• Experience with Jira/JQL and SQL for data-driven decisions.
• Roadmap ownership with hard external deadlines.
• Mentorship and team leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for a major platform capability.
• Coordinate with VP-level stakeholders across PMO, Eng, and Manufacturing.
• Lead discovery, definition, and decision records for platform initiatives.
• Drive launches with risk management, pilot selection, and readiness criteria.
• Mentor junior product managers and set team standards for discovery and specs.
