Job summary

Lucid Motors is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own verification and test management across the platform. You will manage the data model, toolchain, and coverage necessary for gate decisions across hardware and software programs.

This role sits in Phoenix, AZ, and requires onsite presence five days a week. You will partner with Test & Validation, Systems Engineering, Software, Hardware, Quality, Homologation, and Program Management to ensure traceability, data integrity, and timely

Qualifications

• Product management experience with enterprise or internal platforms.
• Direct experience with verification/test management as a product or process domain.
• Understanding hardware vs software verification and their program-level impact.
• Ownership of a system of record, data correctness, and downstream effects.
• Strong data literacy and ability to interrogate numbers before repeating them.
• Experience using AI assistants like GitHub Copilot with judgment and verification.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and roadmap for test case and test run management.
• Define traceability from requirements to test results and defects.
• Lead program-wide verification governance across hardware and software.
• Collaborate with Test & Validation, Systems, Software, Hardware, and Quality teams.
• Drive data modeling, reconciliation rules, and source-of-truth decisions.
• Represent capability in program reviews and gate reviews.
