Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking a Staff Product Manager for the Virtual Expert Platform. You will own the vision, roadmap, and delivery for partner onboarding, engagement, learning, and support, driving scalable platform capabilities across Intuit’s ecosystem.

You will lead cross-team execution with engineering and design, shaping APIs, data flows, and AI-enabled solutions. A strong track record in platform products and customer-focused strategy is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience leading platform or ecosystem products at scale.
• Experience with Salesforce PRM and partner-facing capabilities at scale.
• Proven track record of multi-year product strategy across organizations.
• Strong technical fluency (APIs, distributed systems, data platforms) with ability to influence technical decisions.
• Experience partnering with engineering and business teams to deliver seamless experiences.
• Strong business acumen with growth/ecosystem/platform outcomes.
• Customer-focused strategy with data-driven decision making.
• AI/ML-driven products experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive product strategy for a major platform domain or capability area.
• Identify and prioritize high-impact customer and partner problems using data and research.
• Translate strategy into roadmaps, use cases, and measurable success metrics.
• Own end-to-end delivery across multiple teams and services.
• Define platform capabilities, requirements, and use cases aligned to broader platform strategy.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, reusable, and extensible across products.
• Partner with engineering to shape technical approaches and tradeoffs.
• Participate in technical discussions (APIs, data flows).
• Drive AI-enabled product capabilities within your domain.
• Align cross-functional teams around priorities and outcomes.
• Influence roadmaps and decisions across dependent teams.
• Balance feature delivery with long-term platform durability and scalability.
• Improve processes, tools, and operating models to increase execution efficiency.
• Use data to measure outcomes and iterate on product improvements.
