Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking a Director of Product Management to lead the Virtual Expert Platform. You will define the 3–5 year vision, build cross-functional teams, and guide AI-native, scalable experiences for 100M+ customers across TurboTax and QuickBooks ecosystems.

You will coach product leads, partner with engineering and design, and deliver rigorous roadmaps to drive growth and outstanding customer outcomes at scale.

Qualifications

• 12+ years designing and delivering world-class SaaS products in a Product Management leadership role.
• Deep domain expertise on large-scale software SaaS/PaaS platforms like CRM, WFM, ERP, CDP enabling teams to deliver delightful customer experiences.
• Technically inclined to brainstorm with senior engineers with ease.
• Experience with agentic AI, LLMs, and real-time orchestration systems in a consumer-facing environment.
• Strong understanding of business processes & technology foundations for human assisted and AI-native engagements like Intuit’s QuickBooks Live and TurboTax Live.
• A self‑motivated person who can influence cross‑functional, cross-geo teams with clear communication.
• Strong leader with storytelling and strategic narrative for senior leadership buy-in.
• Proven ability to develop and execute a successful product roadmap.
• Experience with Agile development and delivering with speed.
• Experience managing consultants and professional services, budgets.
• Proven expertise leading cross-functional teams to launch large-scale projects on-time.
• Sense of urgency to drive growth via fast, high-quality experiences.
• BS or B.Tech degree, MBA preferred, or equivalent work experience.
