Job summary

Intuit is seeking a Director of Product Management for the Virtual Expert Management Platform. This leader will own the platform strategy, collaborate with AI tooling and enterprise partners, and coach a team of PMs and managers to scale product experiences across customer segments.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, rigorous roadmaps, and leadership in AI-native and agentic platforms. Strong communication with senior leaders is essential for driving scope and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 12+ years designing and delivering world-class SaaS products in a Product Management leadership role.
• Deep domain expertise on large-scale SaaS/PaaS platforms (CRM, WFM, ERP, CDP etc.).
• Experience with agentic AI, LLMs, and real-time orchestration systems in a consumer-facing environment.
• Strong storytelling and executive communication with sr leaders.
• Experience managing consultants and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Define the strategic vision for the Virtual Expert Management Platform over 3–5 years.
• Lead a geographically dispersed team of product managers and coaches.
• Build robust roadmaps aligned to customer and business needs and deliver with excellence.
• Foster cross-functional partnerships with engineering, design, and stakeholders across the enterprise.
