You will drive cross-team initiatives, translate business problems into technical strategy, mentor engineers, and contribute code.

Qualifications

• Staff-level leadership with cross-team impact.
• Production ownership of deployed systems, not just builds.
• 10+ years designing, building and operating production software.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical direction and architecture for a product-agnostic platform.
• Drive cross-team initiatives and coordinate dependencies across teams.
• Move from hard-coded, product-specific builds to a configurable, reusable platform.
• Raise engineering standards in testing, observability, CI/CD, and operations.
• Lead discovery and proofs of concept, including AI use cases.
