Job summary

Unknown is seeking a hands-on technical leader focused on raising the standard for how software is built, tested, delivered, and operated. You will shape platform foundations that product teams and AI coding agents rely on to move quickly and reliably.

You will own the engineering development loop end-to-end, define standards for automated testing, infrastructure as code, observability, and secure delivery, and build shared tooling and golden paths to reduce friction across the organization.

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering background with production-grade systems.
• Deep expertise in CI/CD, automated testing, infrastructure as code, and modern delivery practices.
• Fluency with AI coding agents and how to design engineering environments for their effectiveness.
• High level of ownership and direct visibility into the impact of technical decisions.
