Anthropic Limited is seeking a senior engineer to own config and experimentation infrastructure, shaping the architecture for feature flagging and dynamic configuration at scale. You will enable researchers and engineers to safely roll out changes, run experiments, and measure impact across teams.

The role emphasizes building distributed infrastructure, tooling, and standards that boost developer productivity while supporting research and production workloads at Anthropic in San Francisco.

Competenze

• Deep experience with configuration management, feature flagging, and experimentation platforms in large-scale environments.
• Strong proficiency in Python, Rust and/or Go.
• Obsessed with developer productivity and reducing friction in configuring, testing, and shipping changes.
