Job summary

Anthropic Limited is seeking experienced software engineers for our Platform organization in New York. You will own foundational infrastructure enabling product development, deployment pipelines, and cross‑team collaboration to ship at scale for internal and external users.

Work spans service infra, portability, intelligence, billing, security, and agentic platforms. Expect multi-cloud, scalable systems, and close partnership with research to productize capabilities.

Qualifications

Eight or more years of backend/platform engineering for scalable distributed systems.
Experience owning technical vision and end-to-end platform delivery.
Proficiency in Python, Go, Rust or similar systems languages.
Hands-on cloud infrastructure experience with multi-cloud setups.

Responsibilities

Own and evolve core platform infrastructure for reliability and scale.
Drive cross-team alignment and architectural decisions for platform projects.
Collaborate with research and product to productize capabilities.
Shape auth, identity, safety and billing components with security in mind.
