Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Staff Platform Engineer, Cloud Developer Experience in the United States. You will own and evolve the CI/CD architecture and a globally distributed delivery platform.

You will drive progressive delivery, GitOps, and self-service developer tooling, with emphasis on Go and Python production work, Kubernetes, and AI-assisted workflows to enhance velocity and reliability.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Platform Engineering or Developer Experience, especially CI/CD and software delivery.
• Experience in large engineering organizations is highly preferred.
• Own and operate CI/CD platforms including security, governance, and developer enablement.
• Hands-on Go production development experience.
• Familiarity with progressive delivery practices such as canary deployments and automated rollbacks.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the CI/CD architecture and delivery experience for a globally distributed organization.
• Design, operate, and improve production-grade delivery infrastructure at scale.
• Drive pipeline reliability, speed, scalability, and predictability.
• Define paved paths to help product teams ship quickly and safely.
• Own the end-to-end software delivery lifecycle from code merge to production deployment.
• Build tooling and self-service workflows to improve observability and reliability.
• Evolve the Internal Developer Portal and the self-service developer experience.
