Job summary

Equinix is seeking a Software Engineer on the Developer Experience team to design and operate self-service systems used by hundreds of engineers. You will reduce toil, improve templates, tooling, and automation, and help define AI-driven SDLC adoption with security and compliance at the forefront.

You will collaborate across security, CI/CD, and application engineering while shaping the developer portal and platform products.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience including platform/developer experience at scale.
• Experience reducing developer toil through automation.
• Understanding AI-driven SDLC models and governance.
• Strong written communication for self-explanatory tooling.

• Design, build, and operate golden-path systems for engineers.
