Qualifications

7+ years building a technology strategy for software delivery.
Experience turning a platform into a self‑service product for internal engineers.
Proficiency in Go, Python, TS/Node.js or Java with code review skills.
5+ years with containers, Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform, and cloud services.
Experience using delivery metrics and platform observability to improve release quality.
GenAI tooling experience and safe agentic CI/CD integration.
Proven ability to lead cross‑team technical work and mentor others.
