Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
8+ years of progressive software engineering with at least 2+ years as Tech Lead/Architect/Staff Engineer.
Experience designing and scaling high-volume API-led platforms.
Experience building LLM-enabled applications with orchestration, evaluation, observability tools.

Responsibilities

Define long-term technical vision and architectural roadmap for B2B and consumer platforms.
Lead by example with clean, optimized, maintainable code and establish engineering standards.
Own reliability and performance of core platforms; optimize PostgreSQL workloads and AWS infrastructure.
