Job summary
Modern Health is seeking a Staff Software Engineer within Growth Engineering. You will own critical parts of the roadmap, translate ambiguous problems into technical plans, and collaborate with product, design, and other engineers to deliver scalable care experiences.

Qualifications
- 8+ years of software development experience.
- 2+ years in full-stack web development using Python/JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Proven ability to decompose ambiguous problems and own roadmaps.
- Experience building GraphQL and/or REST APIs.
- Mentoring and collaborating with distributed teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and own full-stack features with backend emphasis.
- Design and implement GraphQL/REST APIs and data models.
- Build scalable web and mobile experiences with React/React Native.
- Maintain security, HIPAA/GDPR considerations, and coding standards.
- Lead technical planning, RFCs and cross-team collaboration.
- Provide technical reviews and mentored growth for engineers.
