The Staff Pharmacist will prepare compounded sterile products under the Director of Pharmacy and assist in supervising IV technicians and interns. The role requires a PharmD or Bachelor's in Pharmacy, TX license, and ACPE IV Certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or PharmD required; Texas Pharmacist license required.
• 1+ years related experience required; ACPE IV Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares compounded sterile products using aseptic technique.
• Assists in supervision of IV technicians and interns.
• Ensures compliance with State Board of Pharmacy regulations.
• Reviews orders and prescriptions for admixing and dispensing.
• Provides after hour On Call coverage as needed.
• Maintains inventory and supports CAPs operating needs.
• May supervise IV Technicians and interns; ensures accuracy and CAPS SOPs.
