The Kroger Co. in Wyoming seeks a licensed Pharmacist to join our pharmacy team. You will manage Rx orders, counsel patients, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, while supporting immunization efforts and patient safety.

Responsibilities include verifying prescriptions, maintaining records, supervising staff in absence of the department manager, and leveraging our RX computer system to deliver accurate patient care across multiple locations.

Formación

• Current Pharmacist license in the state of employment with no restrictions.
• Graduate of a US School of Pharmacy or equivalent foreign credential.
• Successfully passed the NAPLEX exam.
• Ability to work at multiple locations.
• Willingness to travel if required.

Responsabilidades

• Promote trust and respect among associates.
• Assist customers with questions regarding products and prescriptions to ensure a positive experience.
• Communicate effectively with customers and store personnel, both written and verbal.
• Provide drug counseling to patients and prescribers to ensure safe and effective use of therapies.
• Receive verbal RX orders and accurately reduce to writing in compliance with state and federal laws.
• Interpret, fill/refill, label and bag prescriptions accurately with patient safety in mind.
• Maintain accurate records, including insurance, and properly deliver RX to customers.
