The Kroger Co. in Evanston, WY is seeking a licensed Pharmacist to join our store pharmacy team. You will provide drug counseling, ensure accuracy in RX processing, and support immunization programs while upholding safety and compliance.

You will handle verbal orders, interpret prescriptions, manage third-party billing, and maintain accurate records. Travel to multiple store locations may be required.

Formación

• Possess a current Pharmacist license in the state of employment.
• Graduate of a US School of Pharmacy or have passed a foreign equivalency exam.
• Successfully passed the NAPLEX exam.
• Ability to work at various locations and travel independently.

Responsabilidades

• Promote trust and respect among associates and provide drug counseling to customers and prescribers.
• Receive verbal RX orders and accurately reduce to writing per state/federal laws.
• Interpret, fill, label and bag prescription orders completely and accurately.
• Maintain accurate records, including insurance, and manage RX information delivery.
• Be familiar with third party billing procedures and assist customers accordingly.
• Maintain inventory and reconcile controlled substances in compliance with regulations.
• Demonstrate ability to operate RX computer systems and generate reports.
• Assist with supervision and delegation of responsibilities to associates.
• Support immunization efforts and ensure safe administration.
