The Kroger Co. is hiring a Pharmacist for our Wisconsin stores. You will fulfill prescription needs, counsel patients and administer vaccines while ensuring HIPAA compliance and ongoing accuracy.

Maintain a professional pharmacy image, lead safety and service, and support store goals. State licensure required; Bachelor's in Pharmacy preferred; retail experience is a plus. Join a team focused on community health and integrity.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy is required.
• Current state pharmacist licensure in good standing.
• Ability to handle stressful situations.
• Knowledge of basic math (counting, addition, subtraction).
• Effective oral/written communication skills.
• 1 year of retail experience is a plus.
• Second language (speaking, reading, and/or writing) is a plus.

Mansioni

• Fulfill customers' prescription needs while concentrating on accuracy.
• Administer vaccines as needed.
• Provide patient counseling and pharmaceutical care to customers.
• Ensure pharmacies comply with all local, state and federal laws (including HIPAA).
• Maintain a professional image and adhere to company dress standards.
• Monitor stock replenishment, inventory levels, and scheduling.
• Maintain and organize policy manuals and required equipment.
• Make strong efforts to broaden personal knowledge and pharmacy skills.
