Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Lives our purpose by helping to manage and improve patient health through safe dispensing, counseling, and immunizing practices.
• Oversees the pharmacy as proxy during bench shifts, coaching and following up on team performance.
• Assumes Pharmacist Manager duties when serving as the primary pharmacist-on-duty.
• Ensures safe prescription fulfillment by following workflow procedures and safety guardrails.
• Delivers compassionate care and resolves insurance and/or medication issues with patients and care teams.
