Qualifications

• Must hold a current pharmacist license for the state of the store location.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI) required.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate patient-focused care and counsel on medications.
• Lead pharmacy operations in the absence of the Pharmacy Manager.
• Ensure safe dispensing and adherence to workflow and safety policies.
• Maintain inventory controls and protect cold chain integrity.
• Assist in immunization services where permitted and appropriate.
• Address insurance and medication issues with patients and teams.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and CVS Health policies.
• Maintain scheduling and contribute to a positive, inclusive team environment.
