Job summary

CVS Health is hiring a Staff Pharmacist to lead pharmacy operations, provide patient care, and support immunization services at a CVS store. The role requires a state Pharmacist license, an active NPI, and strong commitment to safety and quality in a fast-paced retail pharmacy environment.

You will assist the Pharmacy Manager, oversee daily duties, ensure accurate dispensing, and coach the pharmacy team to deliver compassionate care and excellent patient experiences.

Qualifications

Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe.
Demonstrate patient safety and accuracy in prescription labeling.
Provide excellent customer service and Team orientation within the pharmacy.
Support immunizations and counseling as part of pharmaceutical care.
Maintain inventory and ensure cold chain integrity where required.
Ensure compliance with state boards and CVS Health policies.
