Responsibilities

• Ensure safe, accurate dispensing and counseling for patients.
• Oversee the pharmacy during shifts and coach staff.
• Serve as acting pharmacist-on-duty when needed.
• Maintain compliance with state Board of Pharmacy regulations.
• Support immunizations and patient care across the healthcare team.
• Manage inventory, protect cold chain, and optimize workflows.
• Ensure patient safety by accurate labeling and verification.
