Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Living our purpose by helping to manage and improve patient health through safe and appropriate dispensing, counseling, and immunizing practices.
• Overseeing the pharmacy as proxy during bench shifts and coaching the team to improve performance.
• Assuming Pharmacy Manager duties when serving as the primary pharmacist-on-duty.
• Supporting safe prescription fulfillment by following workflow procedures and safety guardrails.
• Contributing to positive patient experiences through empathy and collaboration with the patient’s healthcare team.
• Delivering immunizations and supporting technicians to learn immunization delivery.
• Managing inventory with focus on cold chain protection and regulatory compliance.
