Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee pharmacy operations during shifts as needed.
• Dispense medications with accuracy and safety, providing counseling.
• Support immunization services and patient care activities as directed by the Pharmacy Manager.
• Ensure compliance with state Board of Pharmacy regulations at all times.
• Maintain patient safety and protect privacy while supporting a positive patient experience.
